More than century old, the club is a pristine 18 hole Tillinghast classic golf course. The dining and banquet facilities provide a great atmosphere for your next wedding or catered affair and offer magnificent views of the golf course as well as a partial view of the Empire State Building and New York City Skyline. The dining ranges from a casual grill room, to the comfortably appointed “Tillinghast Grille” which presents a robust selection of entrees and wines as well as The “Ballroom” reserved for special Club functions, or your golf course wedding.

Forest Hill Field Club, located in Bloomfield, New Jersey, has been described as an oasis amidst the turmoil and challenges of our metropolitan area. Guests and members alike refer to our Club as “one of the area’s best kept secrets.”

Well known for the friendliness of the membership and welcoming atmosphere, the Club is truly a comfortable “home away from home” for its members.

The Club is less than a mile off the Garden State Parkway and is easily accessible from East and West via State Highway 3 and 46. It is just a few miles from Manhattan. The Empire State Building is visible from the elevated tee on the first hole.

An Olympic size pool provides a fun-filled environment with special pool-side parties all summer. A professional pool staff is on duty at all times to assist members and provide a safe environment.

Far more than facilities we point to the family atmosphere which prevails at the “Hill”. This makes our membership close knit and friendly. From mixed tournaments among our male and female members, to bowling leagues both for women and mixed, our Halloween parties for children (of all ages) to our gala Christmas parties, Easter and Palm Sunday Dinners and brunches, , we are a Club whose family values show.
