Wedding’s General Information
Your wedding day will be one of the most important days of your life. Forest Hill Field Club delights in making your wedding reception special. In order to do so, the following general guidelines have been developed. Please keep in mind, should you have any special requests or needs, our professional staff will do their best to accommodate you and your guests.
All entertainment engaged by the Club or the client must adhere to all the Terms and Conditions of the Club contract. Entertainment, photographers, florists and other vendor support is to be coordinated directly with the Club House Manager. Vendors will have venue access to load and unload in the designated areas. Special arrangements can be made to feed contracted service providers. The Club does not allow vendors to partake in the guest presentations or to consume alcoholic beverages during the event.
Decorations
As we are concerned with the safety of your guests and the conditions of our Club, we ask that nothing be attached or affixed to the walls. Open flames are allowed, however, the utmost care must be given in the use of candles and items used in designs and décor.
Payment
Once you have selected your wedding day, a $1000.00 non-refundable deposit will secure the date. A guaranteed guest count is required 72 hours in advance, along with the estimated balance of the function.
Food and Beverage
Forest Hill Field Club will provide the Food and Beverage for all functions. Food and Beverages may not be removed from the premises (except for the Wedding Cake) or be brought onto the property.
(No one under the age of 21 will be allowed alcoholic beverages)
